Solution
For our basic configuration, it includes temperature control system, anti explosive lighting system, explosive ventilation system, anti explosive control system, automatic fire fighting system, thunder proof system, anti static system, leakage proof(Anti-leakage liquid collection)system,purification and filtration system,etc.
Storage Function：Chemicals can be stored with shelves, safety cabinets, pallets, etc.according to end-user demand.
Ventilation System: Equipped with anti explosive fan and activated carbon adsorption filter device, it can be used for forced ventilation. The fan is only started when combustible gas alarms and air changes in the morning and evening. The fan is stopped when smoke fire alarm is detected. （Automatic mode or manual start function can be set according to user requirements.)
Temperature Control: It is equipped with a set of Explosion-proof air conditioner, when the temperature is too high ,it can effectively reduce the temperature inside the cabinet by automatic.
Leakage Recovery System: The container is equipped with Steel grids in the floor. The bottom of the cabinet is provided with a thickened anti-skid printing pedal, the top is provided with a galvanized grille. At the end of the cabinet is provided with a DN40 drain. The user need to collect and treat the waste liquid regularly.
